The Northern Lights are one of Iceland’s biggest attractions. Lying just south of the Arctic Circle, Iceland is one of the best places in the world to see them. Your guide picks you up in Reykjavík and takes you to some of the best viewing spots.

Dress warmly: Iceland’s cold winter wind can really bite. We serve hot chocolate while we watch the sky.

We check the forecast every day. Good conditions need at least light to moderate aurora activity, cold weather and clear skies. When conditions look good, we confirm the tour by email. Even with the best guides and a detailed forecast, sightings are never guaranteed.

Please note: there are very few toilets outside town on this tour.
